Food experience designer Inés Lauber and olfactory artist Ines Lechleitner have created a multi-course menu to celebrate the beauty of nature. Each dish and scent tells a different story of the changing seasons in the forest - of fresh earth, wood and wild plants. This event at Studio Inés Lauber blurs the boundaries between participatory performance, meditative elements and flavourful delights. Together, we embarked on a culinary journey of mindful sensory perception and let nature inspire and surprise us.
