River Traces is series of photographic images taken along Yamuna in Delhi in November 2011. The image above is of a wall drawing which was made under a bridge in Delhi and shown to me by Till Krause during a river walk. Whereas the wall drawing is a spontaneous interpretation of the Yamuna river, the maps below show the effort of remarking and redrawing changes in the river bed after each monsoon season. The following photographs show different situations along the river within and North of Delhi.

These images can be combined with the Hamburg photographs from Bottles of Thought.
